Tears

                     How can I describe E-campaign? It is an annual event in the Campus ministry where the Lord found me and the Lord called me to serve Him. E campaign reaches to schools, campuses, universities and high schools in the Philippines, where the Lord open doors that the gospel of Jesus will be preached.
                I just thank the Lord for the privilege to see and experience the amazing things He has done through this campaign.  The first week was in Cebu, where the Lord has called me to serve Him.  Before the campaign, it was a heart warming events, where we have seen the hand of God move and open doors. It was His working and divine purpose that intervened. The last preaching oppurtunity I had was in the remote area in the South part of Cebu. I was then team leading this group.  I remember my IC told me to get that school, I was hesistant. I told her just to drop it down and wait for the other team’s coming. In my heart I wanted to bid goodbye to the other teams for it was the last day. And we need to reach out the last school, so if we will go, we cant see them anymore. Yet I obeyed my leader and went to the last school instead, up in the mountains in a raining cold weather. We ate our packed up food inside the van.

        As I went to the school office and arrange some details before coming in, the Lord just enabled us though we were tired, weary, and it’s raining. As I step in my last room, it was filled with 74 students, hungry... and as I was sharing the word of God – there eyes were fixed on me. Their eyes were nailed down on me and my heart was overtaken by their lonely eyes...Oh! just in need of a Savior. These students are up in the mountains and they have never had the privilege to experience wealth and comfort. These students are in the nightschhool. As I was preaching the middle of the gospel my heart was captured by them and I can’t help to burst into tears. And after the sinner’s prayer... most of them made the decision to accept Christ,and tears were rolling in their eyes.
                I went out to the room, the burdened was gripping my heart, and I cant contain just... tears.

       A paragraph from the book I was  reading: “Deep unto deep, A journey to His embrace”( Dana Candler)
                Every movement of the heart toward Him in the midst of hardship will be trumpted forever. The Father who sees what is done in secret will reward us openly (Matt.6:6). The divine exchange is that we “remember His love” in our seasons on earth, and then for all eternity He will remember our love. And yes, I believe that He will bring to us a very real bottle containing tears that we have cried. Not one will be lost. Not one will be forgotten. He will know each one by name and the story that it comprises. One by one, He will remind us of the movements of our hearts in the age when we could but see dimly. He will tear by tear remember our love, remembering what we have long forgotten and bringing nobility forever to the moments of barren prayer and lovesick heartache that we had thought so weak.

And the Lord God will wipe away tears from all faces;
The rebuke of His people He will take away from all the earth;
For the Lord has spoken.
And it will be said in that day: Behold this is our God; we have waited for Him,
And He will save us. This is the Lord; we have waited for Him;We will be glad and rejoice in His salvation.”
